How do I upgrade my subscription?

To upgrade your subscription (from Writer to Writer Pro, Reader to Reader Pro, or Actor to Actor Pro), just visit the Billing page (under the Profile tab) and click the Upgrade button next to the subscription you're interested in. You will only be charged the difference in subscription cost.

Can I have more than one subscription type?

Absolutely! Many people do. To add a second subscription, and gain access to additional NPX features, just visit the Billing page (under the Profile tab) and click the Add button next to the subscription you're interested in.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Why does my subscription charge show up as “National New Play Network” on my credit card statement?
